Due to the nature of our products being perishable items, that expire soon the purchase is made, are not eligible for a refund.
For any items that are delivered and found not to order to be eligible for a refund, you have to report with photographs within 3 hours of delivery to return the item you have purchased to us. The item must be unopened and in its original condition and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
